6.2. Delivery: The orders will be delivered to the postal delivery address that you freely provided to us at the time of purchasing the Article. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.
The shipping will be carried out by the parcel delivery companies designated for this purpose by ME&MYLIFE.
ME&MYLIFE does not assume any liability if ever your order could not be delivered due to the fact that the information provided by you is false, inaccurate or incomplete, or for causes beyond the control of the parcel delivery company designated for that purpose by ME&MYLIFE, such as for example due to the repeated absences of the recipient.
In the event of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the parcel delivery company will leave a notice indicating how to proceed in order to agree on a new time of delivery. If ever all these efforts proved unsuccessful in spite of the parcel delivery company having done its best to contact you, ME&MYLIFE will send you an e-mail to the address that you provided to us and give you the appropriate instructions to resolve the incident.
At the time of delivery, the parcel delivery company designated by ME&MYLIFE will be entitled to ask the client, who is the recipient of the Article received, to identify himself/herself and show the pertinent identification (National ID Card/Resident ID card/Passport) or, in the event that the person who receives the parcel is acting on behalf of a legal person or company, a legal title of representation thereof must be shown to the parcel delivery company; all these documents must be currently valid.
7.1. Shipping costs: The shipping for the countries belonging to the European Union are free. For the rest of the countries, the shipping costs that are published here will be itemised during the purchasing process, and always provided to you before we confirm the order; these shipping costs may vary according to the destination of the order.
7.2. Delivery timelines: Starting from the confirmation of order, the delivery timelines are as follows:

The orders that are placed and confirmed after 12:00 midday (local UTC time in Spain) will be shipped on the immediately following working day.
It is understood that the payment of each confirmed order was duly verified.
8.1. Prices: The prices of the Articles will be those that are published on this Website and will include VAT and any tax that has to be charged to you, if appropriate. Prices must be fully paid at the time of placing an order.
8.2. Invoicing: The invoice of the Articles purchased by you will be issued by ME&MYLIFE and will include the VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate that may have to be charged to you, if appropriate.

You must provide a correct Tax Identification Number in order for us to issue the invoice for your order. ME&MYLIFE will be liable for any lack of conformity that may exist at the time of delivering an Article.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 123 of the Spanish Consumer and User Protection Laws (the “TRLGDCYU”), ME&MYLIFE will be liable for any lack of conformity of the Articles that may become apparent during a period of two (2) years after the delivery date.
As soon as this period elapses, workmanship costs will be invoiced to you as well as pieces that need to be replaced. Defects that arise from any inadequate wear or use, blows or scratches, exposure to abrasive agents (such as creams, perfumes, strong perspiration, metal polish, seawater, etc…) as well as any change in the Tonality of the components due to external conditions or to normal wear and tear are excluded from the Warranty. The duration of the cord will depend on the conditions, the frequency and the environment it was used in. Any accidental loss of any of the components of the Bracelet are excluded from the Warranty. As any manipulation of the Bracelet by anyone, who is not authorized by our brand, can put at serious risk the integrity of your creation, this will therefore render the Warranty coverage null and void.

12.2. Exceptions to the withdrawal right: In accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer and User Protection Laws (the “TRLGDCYU”), the withdrawal right will not be applicable, among others, to:
